FormaLab was born from a simple frustration: every fitness app we tried was designed around a male body, a gym membership, and an hour of free time most women simply don't have. So we built something different.
We started with three coaches, a shared document, and a private group of 200 women. Three years later, we serve 120,000 members across 32 countries — and we've never taken outside investment, because we answer only to our members.

Former competitive sprinter turned certified personal trainer. Jade built FormaLab's entire workout library and leads programme development. She's been coaching women full-time since 2016.
Priya came to FormaLab after a decade teaching yoga and breathwork across India and the UK. She oversees all recovery and mindfulness content — the quiet heart of everything FormaLab does.
Registered nutritionist with a specialism in women's hormonal health. Lena believes food should nourish, not punish — and built every FormaLab meal plan on that principle.
