Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using FormaLab. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FormaLab. Users aged 16–18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Account sharing and multiple accounts for a single individual are prohibited.

3. Subscription and Billing

FormaLab is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges on your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Trial offers are available to new subscribers only. After any trial period, your subscription converts to the standard monthly plan. We'll email you a reminder before any billing.

4. Cancellation

Cancel any time via Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All FormaLab content — workout videos, programs, meal plans, text, graphics, music, and software — is the exclusive property of FormaLab Inc. or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

FormaLab provides fitness and nutrition content for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme. Participation is at your own risk. FormaLab is not liable for any injury or harm arising from use of the Service.

7. User Conduct

In community features, you agree not to post offensive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content; impersonate others; or spam. FormaLab reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts violating these standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormaLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to FormaLab in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
