Refund Policy

At FormaLab, we stand behind our product completely. We have one of the lowest refund rates in the fitness subscription space — not because we make it hard, but because our programs genuinely work. We honour our refund commitments without exception.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your first full-price billing date. This applies to monthly and annual plans. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and we will process your refund within 3–5 business days — no forms, no phone calls, no questions required.

2. Trial Period

The /bin/sh.99 introductory trial fee is non-refundable, as it is itself a heavily discounted access offer. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged the full subscription price. If you forget to cancel and are charged, you may request a refund of that first charge within 7 days.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day window, annual plans are not eligible for prorated refunds unless required by applicable law.

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights apply regardless of this policy.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after we initiate. Apple Pay and PayPal refunds may follow different timelines per those providers' policies.
