Most FormaLab programs require nothing but a mat and your body weight. Some strength tracks suggest a set of light resistance bands (which we'll guide you on sourcing for under $15), but these are always optional alternatives, never requirements.
Programs range from 15 to 45 minutes per session. Most members follow 3–5 sessions per week. You can filter by duration in the app, so if you only have 20 minutes on a Tuesday, there's a session specifically designed for exactly that.
Absolutely. We have dedicated beginner tracks across every category — strength, yoga, stretching, and nutrition. Our coaches provide on-screen form cues and offer easier modifications for every movement so you'll never feel lost.
